Now, thanks to this six-digit numeric code, any customer with a text-enabled phone can know when their prescriptions are ready to pick up.

Solution

Users simply text "Join" to a dedicated short code and answer a few security questions to get started. Text alerts are delivered in Spanish and English. Customers can opt in to receive alerts for family members, too.
