CTIA, the wireless trade association, oversees and administers the Short Code Registry in the United States. CTIA’s partner, iconectiv, LLC, develops and operates the Short Code Registry, including providing technical and customer support for registry operations.   Together, iconectiv, LLC, functioning as the provider of the Short Code Registry in the United States (“Registry Service Provider”) and CTIA, (collectively “we” or “us” or “our”) provide this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), which governs your use of Short Codes, your registration of Short Codes, and any Short Code program or message that uses Short Codes registered to you or used by you.
